- UNDER-REPRESENTED MINORITIES - Our goal is to increase the presence of under-represented minorities in leadership positions by helping them successfully prepare for their future. Our research has identified African Americans/Blacks, Hispanics/Latinos, and Native Americans as most under-represented in business leadership, leading business school programs and the fast-track entry-level jobs that feed into these opportunities. Therefore, our program gives preference to those students who identify as members of these groups.
