These documents must be uploaded to your application in a PDF or MS Word format. Please name the documents in the following style: Last Name_First Name_Transcript.pdf, or Last Name_First Name_GMAT_TEST DATE.doc.

MLT’s system is unable to process scanned documents that are not in PDF or MS Word format. If you do not currently have the technology to convert scanned documents into PDF, there are a number of free PDF “converter” programs online including Primo PDF, Cute PDF, PDF955.

Recommendations:

You must obtain a letter of recommendation in support of your MBA Prep application. While obtaining a recommendation from your current employer is ideal, MLT understands that it may not be in your best interest to make such a request at this time. Other appropriate recommenders include former employers, college professors, and community leaders. The individual writing the letter should address your work ethic, leadership potential, ambition and extra efforts, effectiveness working in teams, and ability to act on constructive feedback. The letter may be submitted electronically through the online application system.

How to Submit the Recommendation:

Electronic submission of your recommendation is required. When completing the online application, you will be prompted to enter your recommender's information, including e-mail. The system will generate an e-mail to your recommender with details on how to complete the recommendation.

Note: The request for recommendation will only be released once your application is submitted. Your application is not considered complete until your recommender submits your letter.

GMAT

To complete the online application all applicants are required to submit a GMAT score. We are giving all applicants the option to submit a Practice or an Official score at the time of application.

Practice GMAT: An exam that is offered through an online service or by an organization such as Princeton Review. The score from a practice GMAT gives you an indication of your current performance level.

The official GMAT score recognizes that you have sat for the exam offered by the Graduate Management Council (GMAC).

Please note that all applicants accepted into MBA Prep must submit an Official Score by February 1, 2009. Information on the GMAT, including practice tests, can be found at www.mba.com, which is maintained by the Graduate Management Admissions Council.
