B-School Coaching
(Wendy and her cohort at July's Duke event)
MBAP Coaches are MLT staff members with the experience, knowledge, and tools to provide participants one-on-one coaching and guidance throughout the MBAP curriculum. Coaches work with participants through a self-assessment process that serves as the foundation for the development of an individualized work-plan and time line for the MBA application process. Coaches are responsible for providing the support and resources necessary for the participants to successfully achieve the work-plan objectives.

Cohort System & Peer Support
Applying for an MBA is an arduous process, and the MBAP Program is structured to provide Fellows with peer support in the form of other MBAP Fellows and MBAP alumni. MBAP Fellows are divided into regional cohorts of 40-50 fellows who they can lean on for support during the application process. MBAP alumni have the inside scoop on what it takes to successfully apply and make the transition into business school. With the support of MLT alumni already matriculated at the Fellows' target schools, Fellows will be more informed and thus better prepared to navigate the MBA application process.
Business School & Corporate Partnerships
MLT has developed partnerships with leading graduate business schools and organizations such as the Princeton Review Foundation and the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC). These partners offer time and services to the program that maximize the value provided to the MBAP participants. The Princeton Review Foundation offers program participants a $200 discount on the Princeton Review GMAT Preparation Course, and GMAC provides instructional CD-ROMs free of charge on subjects including accounting and finance.
