MLT Coaches

MLT's Coaches are full-time staff members with career advising expertise and industry experience. They provide students with one-on-one coaching and guidance throughout the Career Prep program. Coaches start by guiding each student through a thorough self-assessment, which helps them target relevant industries and jobs. They create a comprehensive and unique action plan for each student based on a gap analysis between the student's profile and the requirements of their target industries. The coach is responsible for driving students' progress through the program and ensuring that each student is an exceptional candidate for fast-track entry-level positions.

Other Advisors

MLT's advisors are industry professionals who volunteer to provide students industry- and company-specific counsel. Since advisors span several industries and business functions, they are able to offer both diverse and focused insight. MLT Coaches connect students with advisors on a case-by-case basis as specific students' needs or questions arise. Advisors also participate in MLT events, meeting students one-on-one to coach and guide them as they prepare for the recruiting process.
